Plastic Splines
Solid, hollow and spoked spline is available in diameters ranging from 3-7mm It can be either ribbed or smooth, black, colored or clear.
Tail spline, which has a tail to weld or sew to, is also available which is widely used in the PVC blind and upholstery industries.
Premier Extrusion's spline is available on 300 and 500m spools or 700m boxes.
PremFlex Foamed Spline
Premflex foamed polyethylene spline is an easy to install, softer and more compressible alternative to traditional PVC and rubber spline. Once installed, it will expand to fill a cavity, holding screen material firmly in place.
