Custom plastic extrusions are our specialty at Premier Extrusion. We manufacture kilometers of hoses, seals, spline, channels, edging, profiles, sheet, tubing, rigid and co-extrusions every week.

Materials processed include flexible and rigid PVC, Low, Medium and High density Polyethylene, Thermoplastic Rubber (Santoprene), Polypropylene, EVA and ABS.

Virgin materials are used but where appropriate and requested by the customer, Premier Extrusion has access to recycled grades of PVC and Polyethylene for processing.
